Good specifics about policies, but not with the actual product information There was a lot of helpful and specific information about returns, shipping costs, and exchanges. The flat rate shipping costs for any purchase below $99 would be great for some purchases, but not so much for me and my small item. I also was going to purchase a "T" connector to accommodate greater spread to the fire starter instead of just having a straight line fire starter pipe with holes; but there wasn't enough information to know how the "T" worked. More information in the description of the products would be helpful. i.e can you buy an 8" bar to add to the "T" to make all the three arms functional? What do you attach to the "T" fitting? Is one end on one pipe blocked, or are both pipes blocked on one end? Is the block removeable? Because of the lack of information, I just ended up buying the 17" bar to replace mine which had failed after 10 years. This wasn't really what I ideally wanted. Addendum - The 17" lighter pipe arrived on time and exactly as described.

Send one email with product confirmation and send 1 email asking for a review. Do not follow up by sending another request for a review and then another. When people engage with a company, they do not expect to be over communicated to. Stop this terrible practice. If I get another email from you I will mark you as spam so I don't have to deal with it any more.

Had exactly the right part Had exactly the right part, although it seemed a bit expensive. Website was easy to use, and I was pleasantly surprised when the remote arrived before I had expected. Also, quite simple to pair the remote with the existing receiver.

Correct remote/receiver Correct remote/receiver. Wish wouldn’t have had to purchase solenoid too. Local dealers couldn’t recommend proper model after told them 6 VDC output needed and latching relay. Bought wrong unit twice. Expensive.

The picture of the remote control… The picture of the remote control showed the unit and the basic hand held transmitter. It didn't come with the unit. I've spent countless hours trying to get the unit to sound regarding the codes with no luck. I've switched out the batteries that came with the unit, added new batteries to the unit and the remote transmitter, pressed the learn button for over the minute described with both a paper clip and a pen. Nada. I've watched videos and still no luck. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
