USCorrect remote/receiver Correct remote/receiver. Wish wouldn’t have had to purchase solenoid too. Local dealers couldn’t recommend proper model after told them 6 VDC output needed and latching relay. Bought wrong unit twice. Expensive.

USThe picture of the remote control… The picture of the remote control showed the unit and the basic hand held transmitter. It didn't come with the unit. I've spent countless hours trying to get the unit to sound regarding the codes with no luck. I've switched out the batteries that came with the unit, added new batteries to the unit and the remote transmitter, pressed the learn button for over the minute described with both a paper clip and a pen. Nada. I've watched videos and still no luck. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

USEasy install I only wanted an on/off remote and was able to get one for around $100. Local fireplace store wanted $225. Personable and knowledgeable sales people with easy peasy install. Would definitely recommend.

USGas logs remote easy on line order process, great price too I Googled the remote I needed to replace. I saw it right away and clicked on the site. I read the details and confirmed it was the model we needed for our gas logs.The very reasonable price posted was one of the main reason I was drawn to this company. The on-line order process was very easy. The email confirmation came right away. Looking forward to receiving our gas logs remote.
