GBHelpful, quick and easy I was having issues with a 20-year-old gas fireplace remote and log set. An advisor directed me to exactly the remote I needed. It came in a timely manner and in five minutes, I was up and running.

GBThe picture of the remote control… The picture of the remote control showed the unit and the basic hand held transmitter. It didn't come with the unit. I've spent countless hours trying to get the unit to sound regarding the codes with no luck. I've switched out the batteries that came with the unit, added new batteries to the unit and the remote transmitter, pressed the learn button for over the minute described with both a paper clip and a pen. Nada. I've watched videos and still no luck. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

But I later found out that it was just a matter of replacing the batteries in the receiver. So I asked how to return the new one.
