GBEasy install I only wanted an on/off remote and was able to get one for around $100. Local fireplace store wanted $225. Personable and knowledgeable sales people with easy peasy install. Would definitely recommend.

GBHelpful, quick and easy I was having issues with a 20-year-old gas fireplace remote and log set. An advisor directed me to exactly the remote I needed. It came in a timely manner and in five minutes, I was up and running.

GBCorrect remote/receiver Correct remote/receiver. Wish wouldn’t have had to purchase solenoid too. Local dealers couldn’t recommend proper model after told them 6 VDC output needed and latching relay. Bought wrong unit twice. Expensive.

GBThe company was very pleasant to work… The company was very pleasant to work with. I purchased the remote to replace ours. But I later found out that it was just a matter of replacing the batteries in the receiver. So I asked how to return the new one. They responded quickly and sent me all the info I needed for a smooth return. Thank you so much!
