GBStop Spamming You shipped the product, and asked for feedback. Why do I have 5 emails from you? You're spamming people with that. You rating is low because of this. Send one email with product confirmation and send 1 email asking for a review. Do not follow up by sending another request for a review and then another. When people engage with a company, they do not expect to be over communicated to. Stop this terrible practice. If I get another email from you I will mark you as spam so I don't have to deal with it any more.

She was able to help me determine why the remote I had would not work with my fireplace and helped me determine exactly the one I would need. My replacement arrived on time and worked exactly as described. I wish I would have called Fireplace Remote Controls at the beginning and saved myself some time.
