Truly outstanding customer service Truly outstanding customer service. We had a couple hiccups regarding delivery of our fire/water pot feature and the team at Fire Pits Direct was quickly and accurately responsive to our needs! They fulfilled their promises and sent follow-up communications. So rare in customer service these days! Yet, so needed!!

Seamless process from start to finish Seamless process from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased with my 8' fire table! The shipping was fast with excellent packing, delivered on oversized pallet. Install was simple using their brackets and with one phone call to support, we figured out a fix for a whistling noise caused by my appliance line. They sent a whistle free appliance connector and all is well!

Awesome customer service Awesome customer service to help me select the right burner size and pan setup to go in my new paver fire pit. Super knowledgeable guy guided me to a different (and less expensive!) setup that I'm sure will work great.
