GBI had trouble with ordering two of the… I had trouble with ordering two of the parts online. I called and left a message but did not get a return call. I tried to order them again, same issue. This time I used the chat feature and the person on the chat was able to resolve my issue right away. I would use them again.

GBEasy Website Navigation The website was very easy to use and navigation was seemless. Only downfall was the estimated delivery time which ended up being much sooner. Original date was 6 weeks out and it appears it will be here before week's end.

GBNo follow up on payment received and… No follow up on payment received and shipping info...had to call email etc. then orders came with 4 or 5 different deliveries. Failed to provide useful tracking per order, and had no idea what was coming and when.
