It was a mistake by me in ordering the wrong item, but they were able to come up with a solution, I never thought of. They kept my cost to a minimum. It was an amazing experience.

GBSpirit was very helpful when I… Spotix was very helpful when I purchased a bbq through Amazon but wanted to exchange it for a bigger one. I was able to purchase directly through Spotix the second time and they made it easy to return the previous one. They even gave me a discount and did not charge me return freight shipping fees. I’m looking forward to the reviving the new grill!

GBWe couldn’t be happier with our… We couldn’t be happier with our Washington flame x fire table. It is a perfect size for entertaining and to have drinks and snacks on the outside edge. We did however not receive the proper parts to install a propane tank underneath. When I reached out to Spotix and explain the situation they were amazing! Our parts were delivered next day air just in time for grandma’s 80th birthday party on the deck. The absolute best customer service. You won’t be disappointed.

GBI had ordered a part for my propane… I had ordered a part for my propane fireplace earlier. I wanted to get it in time for my son-in-law to install it while he was visiting. It turns out it’s defective. The company was wonderful when we contacted them. They immediately told me they would send an email with a return shipping label. I’ll be reimbursed when they receive it. The representative was also helpful when we told them I thought I had ordered a remote with an auto feature and I need it in my new part. The new part is on its way and I will be shipping the old one shortly. Thank you for being so understanding and helpful.

GBSatisfied customer We ordered a fire bowl that advertised a 24" burner. When we received it, a 18" burner shipped with the fire bowl. I called to explain the situation to Spotix and upon investigation they discovered that the vendor changed the size and did not notify them or us. To make the situation right, they are shipping me a 24" burner for free. Lucas was great with the inquiry on the burner and in providing advice on purchasing fire glass. Thank you for the great customer service.
