It was a mistake by me in ordering the wrong item, but they were able to come up with a solution, I never thought of. They kept my cost to a minimum. It was an amazing experience.

GBGreat Customer Service No problem with Spotix. The item ordered had an incorrect description from the manufacturer that Spotix was unaware of, and I had to return the item. Spotix was very courteous & prompt with free return information & label, and I received a full refund. I will definitely order from Spotix again should the need arise.

GBI ordered Napoleon aluminum drip pans… I ordered Napoleon aluminum drip pans from Spotix. Upon opening the shipping box the pans were crushed as they force fit them into a box that was too small for the pans. Totally unusable ! Someone on their packaging line should be fired !

GBAMAZING customer service! AMAZING customer service!! I viewed several Spotix self-help videos to get my gas logs to turn on. At the end of the video, Spotix offered assistance by phone if the videos were unable to solve the problem. I couldn’t believe it!! I decided to call (feeling a bit guilty since I hadn’t bought my gas logs from them) and talked to 2 of the NICEST people. The technician identified the problem with my logs immediately and I was able to solve my problem. We will be building a new house this year and I’ll DEFINITELY make sure to buy products sold by Spotix. The most incredible level of customer service!! Effective today, I am a new SPOTIX customer!!

HKI mistakenly ordered a Viking storage… I mistakenly ordered a Viking storage drawer that I thought was a warming drawer. All telephone mailboxes were full and no one picked up on a Saturday. It was delivered on a pallet and the shipping box had been opened prior to delivery. I am waiting to see if my email gets a reply.
