Excellent customer service When my order was lost in the mail, I reached out to Blazing Fire to get an update on my order. Since it was delayed somewhere they did not hesitate to send a new order out to me using a different postal carrier. The second order arrived on time and I was able to complete the project. I purchased a fireplace I purchased a fireplace, the order was out of stock. So they canceled my order. The problem is no one called me to notify me. On their website, I couldn’t find the cancellation. I found an e mail in my spam e mail that finally said what happened. This was truly so unprofessional and I will not be ordering again.
