Good customer support. I purchased a Vestal vented ash dump door just before Christmas. The product arrived promptly but turned out to be of such poor quality that I couldn't even use it. I give Vestal zero stars for their quality but Blazzing Fire gave my money back including the shipping costs so that was the next best possible outcome.

Great customer service and fast… Great customer service and fast delivery also could not believe how realistic the fire looks we are so pleased that we decided to purchase this insert can't wait to install. Also your veteran owned can't get better than that. Thank you for you service.

Blazing Fire -,great company Blazing Fire was great to work with. They gave us a great deal on our electric fireplace and it was nice to actually speak with a representative when I called. She was very thorough and professional. The product came quickly and was as represented on their web page plus we paid no shipping or tax. Blazzing Fire is a fine company. Thank you for making this a good experience.

AMAZING COMPANY!!! AMAZING customer service!! Blazing Fire has to be one of the GREATEST companies I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to helping customers with their purchases! They got back to me within one hour with an answer to our question and we had the whole transaction completed within that hour. Shipping was very quick and I had no problem at all with the packaging. Rep was so courteous and very knowledgeable. Would never hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. You will be very glad you purchased from this veteran-owned company!! They truly CARE!!!

Amazing experience Amazing experience. I was hesitant to purchase at first because I had never heard of this company, but they went above and beyond. Fast shipping, lower prices than the other sites I was considering. When one of my logs arrive broken, they immediately shipped a replacement. Highly recommend
