I purchased a fireplace I purchased a fireplace, the order was out of stock. So they canceled my order. The problem is no one called me to notify me. On their website, I couldn’t find the cancellation. I found an e mail in my spam e mail that finally said what happened. This was truly so unprofessional and I will not be ordering again.

Excellent customer service When my order was lost in the mail, I reached out to Blazing Fire to get an update on my order. Since it was delayed somewhere they did not hesitate to send a new order out to me using a different postal carrier. The second order arrived on time and I was able to complete the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again.

She was very thorough and professional. The product came quickly and was as represented on their web page plus we paid no shipping or tax. Blazzing Fire is a fine company. am glad i have a working remote now but… am glad i have a working remote now but the battery that was included, was the wrong one and I spent 30 min trying to fit that into the slot. Luckily I had the right battery and it worked. Overall a good experience but would appreciate a bit more attention to detail.
