Since it was delayed somewhere they did not hesitate to send a new order out to me using a different postal carrier. The second order arrived on time and I was able to complete the project. I purchased a fireplace I purchased a fireplace, the order was out of stock. So they canceled my order. The problem is no one called me to notify me. On their website, I couldn’t find the cancellation. I found an e mail in my spam e mail that finally said what happened. This was truly so unprofessional and I will not be ordering again.

I shopped local and online for gas logs… I shopped local and online for gas logs when converting our wood burning fireplace. After a lot of research, decided on Real Fyre Rustic Oak logs, burner and remote for pilot and ordered from Blazzing Fire because of great price. Order came promptly in just a few days, carefully packed and in perfect condition. Not being handy, our hvac guy installed in about an hour. We absolutely love our fireplace now. Beautiful and realistic fire at the click of a remote!
