Pilgrim products and good service I purchased a Pilgrim Fireplace Screen, wood holder and tool set. The product is very high quality and looks great. The fireplace screen arrived with some visible damage on the handles which occurred during shipping. Both Pilgrim and Blazzing worked with me and agreed to send replacement doors, since the handles were welded on. I received the items very quickly, at a competitive price and their customer service quickly resolved the issue with damage. Very happy.

Ordered 7 days ago Ordered 7 days ago. Was notified that item was in stock and would ship within 1-2 business days and would receive shipping notification as well as tracking info. To date, I have received nothing. Update: Company contacted me same day this review was posted and provided tracking info. Unfortunately, the package sent via USPS was lost. A replacement sent through UPS finally arrived on December 2, 2023. Order was originally placed on Novemeber 12, 2023.
