Since it was delayed somewhere they did not hesitate to send a new order out to me using a different postal carrier. The second order arrived on time and I was able to complete the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again.

GBam glad i have a working remote now but… am glad i have a working remote now but the battery that was included, was the wrong one and I spent 30 min trying to fit that into the slot. Luckily I had the right battery and it worked. Overall a good experience but would appreciate a bit more attention to detail.

GBExcellent Customer Service Blazzing Fire has excellent customer support. This is MOST important in today's world, and it is RARE. I had an issue with a product I purchased. I emailed customer support and received a timely response. My issue was addressed and corrected to my satisfaction with professionalism and speed. In any business, there will be an occasional issue that needs to be addressed but if it is handled quickly and fairly, I will remain a loyal customer. Thank you Blazzing Fire!

GBGood customer support. I purchased a Vestal vented ash dump door just before Christmas. The product arrived promptly but turned out to be of such poor quality that I couldn't even use it. I give Vestal zero stars for their quality but Blazzing Fire gave my money back including the shipping costs so that was the next best possible outcome.
