USDeliver Broken Products and Won't Replace Them Their website states a promise that they will provide a complete refund if a customer isn't satisfied with their flooring for any reason. The flooring arrived on pallets which were significantly damaged. The delivery driver and I inspected and took photos of all the damage. We counted 8 boxes of flooring that were badly damaged. When I contacted Lumberjack Direct to get replacement flooring, they said that I needed to use the damaged flooring for cuts and that they wouldn't replace anything unless it was damaged so badly that it couldn't be used at all. Then they tried to say that only one box was damaged despite not being onsite and not believing either the shipper (who was at fault) nor their customer (me). Please beware! This promise is a lie and their customer service is terrible.
