Company was responsive to our inquiries The product we finally decided upon was 3" wide engineered hardwood in natural oak. Communication for shipment was good via texting and all items arrived on time. Boxes appeared to be in good shape tho several were already open on the pallet. We plan to lay the floor next week and were advised by the company to check youtube for proper installation instructions. Fingers crossed that all will go well.
