The quality was exactly what I expected for my budget. I had one box that was damaged and a few color variation issues with a couple boxes. GBBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I was trying to get flooring sent quickly from VARIOUS companies online and offline. After a long day of no luck, Lumberjack was the ONLY one with a live person who had a sense of urgency. I got my flooring 3 days later. Best experience! I wish every company was efficient like theirs!

GBGreat Service I've worked with Lumberjack Direct on 10 homes so far ordering the Paradigm material and I have plans to order it on about 5-11 homes next year. Payment is easy, direct deposite. I've never had quality control issues. Shipping is sometimes a bit difficult due to some of the shipping providers not being able to get the cartons off their trucks due to their length but we have a forklift for our jobs. Our homes value between 1.1 and 2.5 million that we're using their product on.

GBSaved the day Found the Armstrong flooring we needed to complete our sunroom remake. Not only found it but it was much less per square foot than the other online store I managed to find the exact color at. Armstrong was bought out so the products were no longer available at big box stores and the color we needed seemed even less available online. Delivery was smooth and no damage to any of the boxes

GBDeliver Broken Products and Won't Replace Them Their website states a promise that they will provide a complete refund if a customer isn't satisfied with their flooring for any reason. The flooring arrived on pallets which were significantly damaged. The delivery driver and I inspected and took photos of all the damage. We counted 8 boxes of flooring that were badly damaged. When I contacted Lumberjack Direct to get replacement flooring, they said that I needed to use the damaged flooring for cuts and that they wouldn't replace anything unless it was damaged so badly that it couldn't be used at all. Then they tried to say that only one box was damaged despite not being onsite and not believing either the shipper (who was at fault) nor their customer (me). Please beware! This promise is a lie and their customer service is terrible.
