Best online flooring company I cannot recommend this company enough. THEY ARE AMAZING. I took a long time picking my floors and when I finally did, I ran into some huge issues (product issues outside of Lumberjack Direct’s control). Jake was my savior in getting everything resolved. He took care of multiple flooring shipments/returns. To say he went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied is truly an understatement. It’s hard to express in this review how grateful I am! Great Service I've worked with Lumberjack Direct on 10 homes so far ordering the Paradigm material and I have plans to order it on about 5-11 homes next year. Payment is easy, direct deposite. I've never had quality control issues. Shipping is sometimes a bit difficult due to some of the shipping providers not being able to get the cartons off their trucks due to their length but we have a forklift for our jobs. Our homes value between 1.1 and 2.5 million that we're using their product on.

Great Experience!! Communication was awesome and process was super easy!! Price was great! I needed to delay delivery a bit before my project was ready and they accommodated me perfectly. When I requested the delivery, it was shipped promptly and was right on time. Delivery guy was great and put it right in the garage for me. Excellent experience all the way around.
