Great Experience!! Communication was awesome and process was super easy!! Price was great! I needed to delay delivery a bit before my project was ready and they accommodated me perfectly. When I requested the delivery, it was shipped promptly and was right on time. Delivery guy was great and put it right in the garage for me. Excellent experience all the way around. Would definitely buy from these guys again!!

Lumberjack Direct is legit My experience with Lumberjack Direct was super positive. I purchased 1200sq ft. and it was delivered with in a week. The quality was exactly what I expected for my budget. I had one box that was damaged and a few color variation issues with a couple boxes. Lumberjack direct understood my issue and resolved it immediately. Just for reference we did our entire house with new high-end hardware flooring, and from order placement to delivery they kept me updated the whole time. Additionally, we made some nonstandard requests to ensure our selection of flooring color was right and the team was more than happy to accommodate. Best online flooring company I cannot recommend this company enough. THEY ARE AMAZING. I took a long time picking my floors and when I finally did, I ran into some huge issues (product issues outside of Lumberjack Direct’s control). Jake was my savior in getting everything resolved. He took care of multiple flooring shipments/returns. To say he went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied is truly an understatement. It’s hard to express in this review how grateful I am!
