Chaz took time to bring my delivery into my home for me and was courteous and professional. In this day and age great customer service needs acknowledged and Andrew provided great customer service! Lumberjack underpromised and over delivered!! Very happy to get my new flooring!!

GBGREAT PRODUCT SELECTION, PRICING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve been conducting online research, in search of the best luxury vinyl plank (LVP) for the construction of our new home. I was drawn to LD for their product selection, pricing and the ease of navigating their site. Once I narrowed down my favorites, I began working closely with Dylan (LD rep). Dylan’s customer service has been superb, always informative and professional. I’ll be making my whole house flooring purchase shortly.

GBDeliver Broken Products and Won't Replace Them Their website states a promise that they will provide a complete refund if a customer isn't satisfied with their flooring for any reason. The flooring arrived on pallets which were significantly damaged. The delivery driver and I inspected and took photos of all the damage. We counted 8 boxes of flooring that were badly damaged. When I contacted Lumberjack Direct to get replacement flooring, they said that I needed to use the damaged flooring for cuts and that they wouldn't replace anything unless it was damaged so badly that it couldn't be used at all. Then they tried to say that only one box was damaged despite not being onsite and not believing either the shipper (who was at fault) nor their customer (me). Please beware! This promise is a lie and their customer service is terrible.
