Ordered window valances to use with my… Ordered window valances to use with my Smartwings cellular shades. The folks at CityShade were very helpful in insuring my measurements were correct. They sent fabric color swatches to help me with the color and texture of my valances. They gave me an advance estimate of the shipping date shortly after my order was processed. The valences arrived shortly before their estimated delivery date and they were exactly what I wanted. Well made, carefully packaged for shipment, with all the hardware I needed to attach them.

The advice she gave me enabled me to order exactly what I needed. I ordered two white black out shades that fit my windows perfectly. I like them so much I am ordering two more!

We had a great experience working with a CityShade designer who was invaluable in helping us navigate the site options and make the best plan to decorate our home! The ordering process was super streamlined/simple, products are priced for value and the valence we purchased is a great product! One thing we did that turned out to be a great decision was to order free samples of the different fabrics were considering - holding/seeing the fabric is different from looking at an online image! Unfortunately, after we had put in and paid for our order, we found out the fabric we chose had been discontinued. We ended up subbing out a new fabric WITHOUT a swatch and although we're happy with the end product, the fabric on the wall is different enough from the photo online that it's just not what we planned on. Doesn't mean we're not happy, but it was enough of a surprise to mention.
