Exceeded Expectation Extremely happy with the final product. I received the samples, which came in beautiful packaging. I got to Roman shades for two small window in a half white and they are very nice, looks better than what I was expecting for the price. Based on my experience with their agent who helped me over the phone and the final product I received I would definitely recommend the City Shades.

We had a great experience working with a CityShade designer who was invaluable in helping us navigate the site options and make the best plan to decorate our home! The ordering process was super streamlined/simple, products are priced for value and the valence we purchased is a great product! One thing we did that turned out to be a great decision was to order free samples of the different fabrics were considering - holding/seeing the fabric is different from looking at an online image! Unfortunately, after we had put in and paid for our order, we found out the fabric we chose had been discontinued. We ended up subbing out a new fabric WITHOUT a swatch and although we're happy with the end product, the fabric on the wall is different enough from the photo online that it's just not what we planned on. Doesn't mean we're not happy, but it was enough of a surprise to mention.
