GBThe salesman & delivery men went above and beyond The salesman went above and beyond! He not only showed and explained to us about the power lift chair that I was interested in, he also had someone from the warehouse take the back of the chair off and bring it out side into the daylight so I could really see the color! Definitely above and beyond! Also, the delivery was next day, the service was unbelievable, and the two delivery guys, George & Juan were fantastic! When they got to my house, which is 45 minutes away from the warehouse, the remote was missing. George immediately offered to bring it to me on his way home from work later that afternoon. He came in, finish the set up, took his time explaining the controls to me. Absolutely unbelievable Service!

GBMy sofa came from the warehouse with… My sofa came from the warehouse with the cushions not completely filled. The bottom cushions are like a rock and material is wavy. I had a tech come out to see the sofa and days later I had to contact Customer Service. Spoke with the Customer Service Manager and she said she will look into the issue and I'm still waiting to there from her. I've been to the Showroom 3 weekends in a row with not resolution as of today. I will never buy at Raymour & Flanigan again or give them a good recommendation. 100% DISATISFIED!

GBFantastic experience with Raymour and Flanagan on Staten Island.… My recent experience with Raymour and Flanagan was great. I had an issue with a mattress that I had purchased two years ago. I called the customer service team and explained the problem. The representative immediately set up an appointment with a service technician to come to my home. They came the very next day, inspected the mattress and forwarded their report to the store. The service technician told me that I should hear from customer service within 24 to 48 hours. I received a call back that same afternoon informing me that I was approved for a full replacement of my mattress. I made an appointment with a manager and selected a new mattress. The manager was very helpful in helping me with the many available selections. He helped me to look up reviews and find one at the price range I was looking for. The whole experience was wonderful.

GBMerchandise not at store on pickup day I ordered a low profile twin box spring. I received an email saying it was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, it wasn’t in stock. Customer service went above and beyond trying to locate one, even though it was unsuccessful. I chose to pay a little more for the product because I was hoping to get it promptly. I could have paid less somewhere else and got the same results. 5 stars for customer service. 3 stars for not receiving merchandise on time.
