GBMy sofa came from the warehouse with… My sofa came from the warehouse with the cushions not completely filled. The bottom cushions are like a rock and material is wavy. I had a tech come out to see the sofa and days later I had to contact Customer Service. Spoke with the Customer Service Manager and she said she will look into the issue and I'm still waiting to there from her. I've been to the Showroom 3 weekends in a row with not resolution as of today. I will never buy at Raymour & Flanigan again or give them a good recommendation. 100% DISATISFIED!

GBI like that the person Naomi while… I like that the person Naomi while helping a couple she took the time to let me know she was finishing up with her customers It was taking a little while so she asked on e of the other sale associate to help me out which was fine with me I remember working in retail. He explained the situation and step in to help me out Thank you

GBPlaced an online order but was unable… Placed an online order but was unable to change the shipping address if Paypal was used. Called customer service and the representative was able to change the shipping address. Great and quick service.

GBMerchandise not at store on pickup day I ordered a low profile twin box spring. I received an email saying it was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, it wasn’t in stock. Customer service went above and beyond trying to locate one, even though it was unsuccessful. I chose to pay a little more for the product because I was hoping to get it promptly. I could have paid less somewhere else and got the same results. 5 stars for customer service. 3 stars for not receiving merchandise on time.
