GBThe salesman & delivery men went above and beyond The salesman went above and beyond! He not only showed and explained to us about the power lift chair that I was interested in, he also had someone from the warehouse take the back of the chair off and bring it out side into the daylight so I could really see the color! Definitely above and beyond! Also, the delivery was next day, the service was unbelievable, and the two delivery guys, George & Juan were fantastic! When they got to my house, which is 45 minutes away from the warehouse, the remote was missing. George immediately offered to bring it to me on his way home from work later that afternoon. He came in, finish the set up, took his time explaining the controls to me. Absolutely unbelievable Service!

GBStop following the customers!!!!!! Once we found Our sales person Kathy Deroner our experience was wonderful. Prior to that 2 salespeople followed our every move throughout the store as if we were burglars!!! THAT almost made is walk out until we realized Kathy was working that day.

GBBrought there warranty Brought there warranty, had issues rarely fixed . Big issue they came in to replace a cracked leg, and said had to order it. We kinda forgot about it until we had another issue and called in to was told our warranty just expired and they won't even replace the broken leg they supposedly oredered under the warranty period. Nothing but crooks. Save you money the discount furniture stores furniture is up to 50% cheeper and if you have an issue just out of warranty as we did with the much more expensive Raymore and Flanagan you at least paid half the price.
