USOur experience was very good Our experience was very good. We were paying cash for all of our furniture, so there was no hold up with anything and the delivery time was within two days. I will definitely continue to use Raymore Flanagan in the future for all of my furniture needs.

USMy sofa came from the warehouse with… My sofa came from the warehouse with the cushions not completely filled. The bottom cushions are like a rock and material is wavy. I had a tech come out to see the sofa and days later I had to contact Customer Service. Spoke with the Customer Service Manager and she said she will look into the issue and I'm still waiting to there from her. I've been to the Showroom 3 weekends in a row with not resolution as of today. I will never buy at Raymour & Flanigan again or give them a good recommendation. 100% DISATISFIED!

USI like that the person Naomi while… I like that the person Naomi while helping a couple she took the time to let me know she was finishing up with her customers It was taking a little while so she asked on e of the other sale associate to help me out which was fine with me I remember working in retail. He explained the situation and step in to help me out Thank you

USAlways a great experience I shop at Raymour and Flanigan alot due to their superior service From the Philadelphia location on Columbus Blvd to now the Newark location. My whole house is furnished from Raymour. Sales Rep Daniel helped me out, he was very professional, attentive and provided superior customer service. I also like how well organized using the parts and labor plan is.
