GBVery good customer service! The over-all order process was absolutely fine, however, I thought that I had not received an order confirmation email. Spoke to Ben and he advised it might have hit my SPAM folder and it did. Looking forward to my delivery in 2 to 3 weeks.

GBUPDATE: Bait and switch UPDATE: After my review below, Ben from Greyson Living reached out to apologize and explain the issue. He also set my deliveries back to white glove service. This is excellent customer service and they were quick to make things right. Updating to 5 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: After placing my order and requesting white glove delivery (items delivered to each room and assembled) we received a notification that some of our items are now out of stock and would be charged an additional $199 per item for white glove delivery, otherwise they would be curbside delivery with no unboxing. Also, they don’t expect the items to be in stock for another 2 months and shipping would be an additional 2-3 weeks after that. Not sure what the delay is. Covid was 2 years ago so supply chain issues are not acceptable. I feel like we got bait and switched to get us to make the purchase but then are told it’s not available and would not do white glove delivery on those items.

GBGreat Customer Service So far, customer service has been great: I thought the order was complete and was going to be delivered in May, but apparently it will be delayed until July. I missed the email they sent regarding this and they followed up with a phone call and a text- which is great because I get a lot of spam and sometimes miss important emails. I was able to then respond to the email.
