Super Customer Service with Competitive Pricing We purchased several set of furniture for our new home through Grayson Living in the past few months since they offer the most competitive pricing for the items we like. Although all have been done remotely through online or phone call since we are not in CA, it has been smooth and pleasant experience every time from ordering, delivery, and after-sales service for any issues. In one order, we had items with damage observed when delivered. Faith was our POC after we filed claim, and she is super responsive and dedicated to the case with close follow-ups. She really takes ownerships of customer's issues, trying her best to provide the most favorable solution for the best interest of customers. This certainly provides peace of mind and builds trust with customers. So if I have more needs for furniture in the future, Grayson Living would be the first place for me to check out!

Great Customer Service So far, customer service has been great: I thought the order was complete and was going to be delivered in May, but apparently it will be delayed until July. I missed the email they sent regarding this and they followed up with a phone call and a text- which is great because I get a lot of spam and sometimes miss important emails. I was able to then respond to the email.

The rug arrived damaged The rug arrived damaged. when we opened it there were a few large holes in it. The company said that since it was over ONE WEEK since it arrived I couldn’t return it or get a refund. All they offered was a small credit to get it repaired. I didn’t pay almost $2,000 for a damaged rug.
