Angela at Grayson Living in Santa Ana was the best! Angela at Grayson Living in Santa Ana, CA was just the best to work with on my client order. She was communicative, efficient, and so lovely. Will definitely have her in my list of contacts for future orders. Loved working with her!

Responsive online support My online experience has been fine. I asked a question and I was responded to within 24 hours. I haven't received my order yet so, I cannot speak about delivery process or quality of product.

Very good customer service! The over-all order process was absolutely fine, however, I thought that I had not received an order confirmation email. Spoke to Ben and he advised it might have hit my SPAM folder and it did. Looking forward to my delivery in 2 to 3 weeks.

Placing order and questions Ordering from the website was straightforward. I was able to find the information I needed easily. Response to my email requesting clarification/confirmation of specific shipping and return policies was quick and complete. I received an email in less than 24 hours to confirm my purchase and let me know about next steps in the shipping process. So far, so good has been my experience with Grayson Living.

The rug arrived damaged The rug arrived damaged. when we opened it there were a few large holes in it. The company said that since it was over ONE WEEK since it arrived I couldn’t return it or get a refund. All they offered was a small credit to get it repaired. I didn’t pay almost $2,000 for a damaged rug.
