GBYesterday when I called my wait time… Yesterday when I called my wait time for a sales representative was less than 45 seconds. When Nick got on the line he was very helpful in answering questions that I had after viewing the website, about the remote/valve assy I was interested in. GBRedStone 30” fireplace insert Easy ordering process and very fast shipping. Received the merchandise only 3 or 4 days after placing order. Installation instructions were very clear. Fireplace looks great after installation, especially with the 5” border kit. Very happy with the service and the performance of the unit so far.

GBI was able to reach someone quickly that could help. I appreciate most of all that when I called that I was able to speak to someone that speaks English as a primary language! Second , Alex was knowledgeable and helpful with a suggestion that I might like a simpler remote. He was patient and answered my questions.
