GBDon't waisted your time here Don't waisted your time here. I ordered what I needed and paid for very expensive overnight shipping. Fireplaces Direct calls me back later saying the input the wrong address and ask me to verify it. It's funny they have my address and ship to address with is correct, yet 4 1/2 days later I'm wondering if it will even show up today. This is the second ti.e I will cancel an order on these guys because a product doesn't show up in a reasonable amount of time.

GBYou had the item we needed and PayPal… You had the item we needed and PayPal for payment. My computer was being hacked making my payment not go through but after getting that fixed I still could not use my account but I did use my card.

GBYesterday when I called my wait time… Yesterday when I called my wait time for a sales representative was less than 45 seconds. When Nick got on the line he was very helpful in answering questions that I had after viewing the website, about the remote/valve assy I was interested in. Satisfied with the answers and that the selection would suit my needs he h took my order over the phone. Today I received an email that the order was shipped! Thanks Nick, Bob S.

GBI received a pair of fireplace doors… I received a pair of fireplace doors that did not fit properly. The PNW sales rep (Justin) was able to guide me through the process of replacing the doors and got the replacement doors to me in a timely manner. Justin has been great to work with every time I have had any questions.
