GBI received a pair of fireplace doors… I received a pair of fireplace doors that did not fit properly. The PNW sales rep (Justin) was able to guide me through the process of replacing the doors and got the replacement doors to me in a timely manner. Justin has been great to work with every time I have had any questions.

GBGreat experience When we order from Fireplaces Direct we received fire place damaged and when contact staff was very nice and helpful. They took care the problem right away and i got my replacement within a week. Highly recommended.

GBThis guy knows what he's doing This guy knows what he's doing! The fireplace in my new house was very much not up to code, and he fixed/replaced the damaged bits inside and out, and even resurfaced the interior so it looks fantastic! His timing was punctual, his fees are reasonable, and he'll tell you when it's cheaper to purchase materials yourself.
