GBSeal the Deal It was reassuring to speak with Tyler the Sales Rep and he answered all my questions like if it was a floor model or a return. The video was very informative and was impressed with the technology and experience Sealy has. Also, it was a bit confusing that the local Mattress Warehouse Store was selling a similar model called the Sealy QueenParada Ultra Firm mattress for $1,399.99 (the discounted price)! Why such a price difference?

GBIf I could leave a zero I would If I could leave a zero I would. Ordered in Dec, Delivery was slow. When delivered 1st mattress it had rips and tears. Delivered my 2nd mattress April 6th and even thought their website still states 120 day comfort guarantee for exchange they do not honor this. When you call in they will tell you bought out by American so no exchanging even thought to this day it is still up on website. Stay away from these scammers

GBassured what I am paying for is a brand new mattress The online Sales representative Tyler L can address all the questions/concerns promptly over online chat, which helped me make a more informed decision. I was very concerned before the chat that the mattress I was interested in might have been tried out and returned/exchanged by previous shoppers. He explained why the particular one I was looking at has not been tried out or anything like that and assured me it will be a brand new one. Thanks Tyler L. Awesome!

GBNoone would answer the phone on Sunday Noone would answer the phone on Sunday, for Customer needed advice about a King size mattress, prior to purchase??! A simple Plush vs. Firm mattress diferences would have been fine, but the Automated Answer Machine just leaving New Customers Hanging on Hold, while Irritatingly Repeating the "same message terrible customer service message : Hit 1 to Stay in the Que or Hit 2 for a Call Back!" Neither US Mattress 1 or 2, Where Not Answering any phone calls over the weekend of 3/11 & 12/2023. Terrible Customer Service Award Goes to you!!
