Hoping for a good night's sleep at last. I have put off this purchase for the past 6 weeks or so hoping I could find this same mattress locally but to no avail. Finally, I decided to get this done today because the Labor Day sale would soon be ending. Reading reviews about this mattress were very convincing. The online ordering from USMattress was very quick and easy.

I was very concerned before the chat that the mattress I was interested in might have been tried out and returned/exchanged by previous shoppers. If I could leave a zero I would If I could leave a zero I would. Ordered in Dec, Delivery was slow. When delivered 1st mattress it had rips and tears. Delivered my 2nd mattress April 6th and even thought their website still states 120 day comfort guarantee for exchange they do not honor this. When you call in they will tell you bought out by American so no exchanging even thought to this day it is still up on website. Stay away from these scammers
