Not doing well. 20/09/23 I ordered a mattress on 15 Aug 23 and I got my emailed receipt. However your site is broken when you try to track orders. I have called twice but did not get customer service I just got someone in sales. They told me vaguely 6 weeks but it said estimated delivery 25 - 30 August. The timing that I was looking for. But your site is broke. Your Order #USM-100955114

Lowest price guarantee: Don't count on a response. Lowest price guarantee is not responding. Phone call was on hold for over 30 minutes. Live chat cut me off 1st time and took over 30 minutes 2nd time while chat rep "looked into it" with no response. E-mail to US Mattress with competitor advertisement attached was reponded with formated "We'll be in touch as soon as possible". I'm begging to think US Mattress will hope you just give up asking them to match competitor's lower price.

assured what I am paying for is a brand new mattress The online Sales representative Tyler L can address all the questions/concerns promptly over online chat, which helped me make a more informed decision. I was very concerned before the chat that the mattress I was interested in might have been tried out and returned/exchanged by previous shoppers.
