I was very concerned before the chat that the mattress I was interested in might have been tried out and returned/exchanged by previous shoppers. Good deal with affordable price I've tried to compare the same product with other businesses. US Mattress offered the best one. I bought their mattresses in 2017 and still use them now.

If I could leave a zero I would If I could leave a zero I would. Ordered in Dec, Delivery was slow. When delivered 1st mattress it had rips and tears. Delivered my 2nd mattress April 6th and even thought their website still states 120 day comfort guarantee for exchange they do not honor this. When you call in they will tell you bought out by American so no exchanging even thought to this day it is still up on website. Stay away from these scammers
