A simple Plush vs. Firm mattress diferences would have been fine, but the Automated Answer Machine just leaving New Customers Hanging on Hold, while Irritatingly Repeating the "same message terrible customer service message : Hit 1 to Stay in the Que or Hit 2 for a Call Back!" I'm begging to think US Mattress will hope you just give up asking them to match competitor's lower price.
