Not doing well. 20/09/23 I ordered a mattress on 15 Aug 23 and I got my emailed receipt. However your site is broken when you try to track orders. I have called twice but did not get customer service I just got someone in sales. They told me vaguely 6 weeks but it said estimated delivery 25 - 30 August. The timing that I was looking for. I loved the diagram as to how the mattress was constructed and all materials listed that made up the different layers. I also was glad to know of the firm to soft scale and where the mattress fell on that scale. probably the best benefit was the return policy. I have purchased two mattresses that were not returnable so my hope here is that \3rd time is a charm.

Apparently they cancelled my order… Apparently they cancelled my order without telling me why or anything like that, except a random email from someone that was sent to me by mistake. They don't ship to New York, but still let me order
