The video was very informative and was impressed with the technology and experience Sealy has. Also, it was a bit confusing that the local Mattress Warehouse Store was selling a similar model called the Sealy QueenParada Ultra Firm mattress for $1,399.99 (the discounted price)! Why such a price difference?

Hoping for a good night's sleep at last. I have put off this purchase for the past 6 weeks or so hoping I could find this same mattress locally but to no avail. Finally, I decided to get this done today because the Labor Day sale would soon be ending. Reading reviews about this mattress were very convincing. The online ordering from USMattress was very quick and easy.

Not doing well. 20/09/23 I ordered a mattress on 15 Aug 23 and I got my emailed receipt. However your site is broken when you try to track orders. I have called twice but did not get customer service I just got someone in sales. They told me vaguely 6 weeks but it said estimated delivery 25 - 30 August. The timing that I was looking for. Live chat cut me off 1st time and took over 30 minutes 2nd time while chat rep "looked into it" with no response. E-mail to US Mattress with competitor advertisement attached was reponded with formated "We'll be in touch as soon as possible". I'm begging to think US Mattress will hope you just give up asking them to match competitor's lower price.
