Sleepless in NY
GBDisappointed all around I was disappointed to learn that US Mattress no longer carries my mattress. So I chose another one, of course three times the price. Again disappointed. In the past US Mattress has always had great quality mattresses at reasonable prices. Apparently they have gone the way of so many others, over charging and under delivering, because 1 day after my order was confirmed I received an email that my order was cancelled: “We cannot ship to New York due to some sales tax issues within our company. Your order has been cancelled.” I’ve never heard of such a thing. And if you cannot deliver to NY why would you not make that clear from the beginning and not waste my time. So I went to my trusty Amazon and found a similar mattress for less than half the price. We’ll see if it’s any good, but at least if it shows up it’ll be better than US Mattress.

GBHoping for a good night's sleep at last. I have put off this purchase for the past 6 weeks or so hoping I could find this same mattress locally but to no avail. Finally, I decided to get this done today because the Labor Day sale would soon be ending. Reading reviews about this mattress were very convincing. The online ordering from USMattress was very quick and easy.

GBApparently they cancelled my order… Apparently they cancelled my order without telling me why or anything like that, except a random email from someone that was sent to me by mistake. They don't ship to New York, but still let me order

GBSeal the Deal It was reassuring to speak with Tyler the Sales Rep and he answered all my questions like if it was a floor model or a return. The video was very informative and was impressed with the technology and experience Sealy has. Also, it was a bit confusing that the local Mattress Warehouse Store was selling a similar model called the Sealy QueenParada Ultra Firm mattress for $1,399.99 (the discounted price)! Why such a price difference?

GBCooper C Cooper C. asked great leading questions in order to help me navigate the options. It's been a long time since we purchased a mattress, and things have really changed! I felt overwhelmed at first, but Cooper made me feel very comfortable sorting out how to proceed. He was very professional, polite and informative. He really knows his products! When I'm ready to order, I'll return to US Mattress and ask for Cooper C!
