WORST THING THEY HAVE DONE. 0 communication and a lot of back and forth! 5 months later my carpets have still not been replaced!!!! &every person i speak to has a different answer!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

She has been thorough in explaining how everything will be processed and has made sure that we will be getting the appropriate replacement value for our carpet. It took a long time to sort out everything but it was a huge insurance claim & there were lots of belongings to itemise. I was so thankful that the company was there to help me in a time of tremendous personal stress & I was happy with the final resolution.
