TEA SPILLED ON A WOOL CARPET I had a nasty tea spillage on my four year old expensive fitted wool carpet to my large living room. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but it so wasn’t I have never made a claim with my insurances before ,I was worried it was going to be a nightmare to get my claim sorted. I’m registered disabled and had anxiety about someone having to come into my house .. I really didn’t need to worry from the first call then having Colin come to inspect the damage he really put my mind at lease and was so respectful and understanding to my needs . Also I was expecting a long wait to hear but honestly just over a week later I have dates ect to sort this out . So easy and I would recommend Renew to everyone .
