Within 3 weeks they had made me a very fair offer to replace my whole carpet which I accepted and the money was transferred into my bank account within three days of their phone offer. GBDo not let your insurance company use… Do not let your insurance company use these people! Was told a date for fitting carpet and 10 minutes before they were due to arrive they cancelled after I had removed the carpets and all doors and empty the entire room then was told i had to wait another 5 weeks my mum is severely disabled and know has nowhere to even sit and they think you can stay like that for over a month. So naturally we asked for our money back at which they said we will have to pay 388 pounds because carpet is already cut what 5 weeks in advance? when it was them that broke the contract so have contacted a solicitor to help us fight this its absolutely crazy they think they can leave someone like this for weeks with no furniture or doors worst people we have ever had to deal with. Trading standards said that they broke the contract by not turning up and then putting it off for 5 weeks that's would mean we have been waiting for over 2 month and if they had let us know in advance I would not of removed everything, do not go through these people take a cash settlement and go to someone local who actually cares about there customers
