Absolutely terrible service Absolutely terrible service. The worst I’ve ever experienced. From constant delays to being blatantly lied to! Told by Renew they have a carpet fitter that can fit at quote they’ve offered only to be told by that fitter the price they give them is 1/2 of what they could do it for and they would not be able to take the job. All lies from the start. Only offer the price they do because it’s their own carpet supplier company - that’s why cash settlement is a fraction of true price. Even with that they don’t have fitters to do job at price quoted.
