But, I may suggest after receiving the order only because my mailman put in an extreme effort to retrieve it. I would hope that the company take it upon themselves to use a different delivery method. When a package doesn't get delivered, or mis delivered, the only thing the post office will do is give you a letter and hash it out with the vendor. It goes round and, round in circles especially when a company only deals in reviews and emails. Please provide a better way to communicate. Your products are lovely. But the way to contact you could be improved. Phone number? Please.

I was extremely pleased I was extremely pleased how quickly the blanket I ordered got to my daughter in Canada. Just in time for her birthday. The quality is beautiful. I reordered a blanket for my son in law. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size . After emailing the company, they were quick to respond to me and offered me a nice discount for my reorder. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. It has been a very satisfying experience.

Ordered the Vietnam ball cap with name… Ordered the Vietnam ball cap with name and years served. Really a disappointment to see how cheap the cap looks. Did not appear to be quality as the picture displayed. Overpriced.

I never received verification despite my asking several times I never received verification despite 4-5 messages that the cap would be all cloth no plastic mesh. So I would say I worried till the hat arrived. The hat was perfect. It covered everything I asked for and the quality of materials and workmanship was 5 stars.
