I love my Air Force Jacket. A perfect fit I ordered a AF military jacket for myself & I love it. I received many compliments. I purchased 2 more. One for my eldest son who served in the Army for 20 years & one for my brother-n-law who served in the Army for 30 years. My youngest son will be retired in a few years & I’m going to buy him one. I never received verification despite my asking several times I never received verification despite 4-5 messages that the cap would be all cloth no plastic mesh. So I would say I worried till the hat arrived. The hat was perfect. It covered everything I asked for and the quality of materials and workmanship was 5 stars. I will definitely do business with Aeticon again. Thank you very much.

Customer Service was very responsive… Customer Service was responsive and helpful in tracking down a package delayed in delivery. Initially ordered a canvas print of “Could I have this dance” by Ann Murray, which was played for our wedding dance 37 years ago - ordered as a Christmas gift in late November but by mid Dec had not arrived by the promised delivery date. Having the USPS tracking number was good but no updates after Dec 7. Within a few days of contacting Aeticon customer service the package moved in transit. Unfortunately didn’t arrive until day after Christmas, but with the final product in hand my bride was very pleased and completed a Merry Christmas! Without Aeticon intervening I fear I still wouldn’t have my package.
