Ordered the Vietnam ball cap with name… Ordered the Vietnam ball cap with name and years served. Really a disappointment to see how cheap the cap looks. Did not appear to be quality as the picture displayed. Overpriced.

Customer Service was very responsive… Customer Service was responsive and helpful in tracking down a package delayed in delivery. Initially ordered a canvas print of “Could I have this dance” by Ann Murray, which was played for our wedding dance 37 years ago - ordered as a Christmas gift in late November but by mid Dec had not arrived by the promised delivery date. Having the USPS tracking number was good but no updates after Dec 7. Within a few days of contacting Aeticon customer service the package moved in transit. Unfortunately didn’t arrive until day after Christmas, but with the final product in hand my bride was very pleased and completed a Merry Christmas! Without Aeticon intervening I fear I still wouldn’t have my package.

Excellent product! Excellent product, exceptional customer service! I ordered a custom baseball blanket for a little boy who was scheduled for surgery, so time was very important. The blanket took a few days longer than I had hoped to arrive, but it was absolutely beautiful! Aeticon Customer Service was in constant contact with me during this process. They were kind, caring a very professional. Good company, great product!

I was extremely pleased I was extremely pleased how quickly the blanket I ordered got to my daughter in Canada. Just in time for her birthday. The quality is beautiful. I reordered a blanket for my son in law. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size . After emailing the company, they were quick to respond to me and offered me a nice discount for my reorder. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. It has been a very satisfying experience.

Great embroidery Great embroidery, fast enough on delivery, good solid product. It’s been 31 years since I got out of the Navy with my last duty being the now de-commissioned and largest & first nuclear powered cruiser in the USS Long Beach (CGN-9). Was based in San Diego, CA and enjoyed my time on the boat. Seeing the hats brought back a lot of fond memories, Thank You Aeticon, job well done!
