GBMisleading to say the least I found a rug, a lovely rug. I put in my basket to think about it. I got an email asking if I had forgotten something and offering free delivery. So I bought it and got stung for £59 delivery and when I complained I was told it was 'furniture' so dint count for free delivery... so why email me offering it???? I think I was seriously mislead and m not a happy customer.

GBThe furniture has thousands of… The furniture has thousands of scratches which are not in any picture and let’s be clear they are scratches where the item has been scraped clearly and your customer service claim it’s the design

GBI ordered a lamp and quickly realised I… I ordered a lamp and quickly realised I could have obtained a discount so I emailed customer services to cancel the order. I received no response and few days later the lamp arrived but it was damaged and very cheaply made. The fabric was glued to the structure and this had failed. The fringing was also dreadful. I emailed again but still no reply. In the end I returned it to a shop in person. I don’t think much of anthropologies products or customer service after this experience

GBLovely little retro bird salt and pepper shakers Worth every penny for the conversation piece and colourful addition they make to my dining table. In our modern kitchen they give that kitsch, fun appeal and make people smile. Well made and well packed. I love them

GBAwful customer service Bought a pajama set when visiting London. First cool wash before using them caused some of the dye to run and stain the garment. No response at all when emailing them. I then decided to call the central number but was told I could only call the specific branch. These calls rang out a number of times. Eventually getting to speak to someone there I was told I could only return the item to a shop - there are none in the South West where I live. I also was informed I only had 14 days to do so. So I now have a ruined, unused set of pajamas. Truly awful company to deal with and with a poor quality product in this case.
