Lovely little retro bird salt and pepper shakers Worth every penny for the conversation piece and colourful addition they make to my dining table. In our modern kitchen they give that kitsch, fun appeal and make people smile. Well made and well packed. I love them

Beautiful mirror This mirror is even more beautiful in person. A real wow piece!

Awful customer service Bought a pajama set when visiting London. First cool wash before using them caused some of the dye to run and stain the garment. No response at all when emailing them. I then decided to call the central number but was told I could only call the specific branch. These calls rang out a number of times. Eventually getting to speak to someone there I was told I could only return the item to a shop - there are none in the South West where I live. I also was informed I only had 14 days to do so. So I now have a ruined, unused set of pajamas. Truly awful company to deal with and with a poor quality product in this case.

Excellent Customer Service Excellent, order did not turn up and I had paid for Express delivery with Royal Mail. Anthropology sent a new order that arrived within 24 hours.. Fabulous staff, nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend. First time I had ordered from them. 5 *****

Great resolution of my initial order issues I am happy to report that my gift card order issue has been resolved in the best possible way. I really appreciate this team for listening to their customers and understanding how important reputation and customer satisfaction are, especially for repeat customers like me. ------------------------------ Initial review: I ordered 2 physical gift cards for a birthday and they are still not here 2 weeks later. I called every day for a week and was told that this would be fixed and never was. Support staff were nice but ineffective, and management was unresponsive to my requests. I asked if I could convert the cards to digital cards, and they said that I would have to make another purchase. And there is no way to return the physical cards when they arrive.
