GBI ordered a lamp and quickly realised I… I ordered a lamp and quickly realised I could have obtained a discount so I emailed customer services to cancel the order. I received no response and few days later the lamp arrived but it was damaged and very cheaply made. The fabric was glued to the structure and this had failed. The fringing was also dreadful. I emailed again but still no reply. In the end I returned it to a shop in person. I don’t think much of anthropologies products or customer service after this experience

GBMisleading to say the least I found a rug, a lovely rug. I put in my basket to think about it. I got an email asking if I had forgotten something and offering free delivery. So I bought it and got stung for £59 delivery and when I complained I was told it was 'furniture' so dint count for free delivery... so why email me offering it???? I think I was seriously mislead and m not a happy customer.

CAAll round excellence! From a website that's easy to use and ordering being straight forward, to the presentation of the product, and the quality of the sweatshirt itself, I have zero complaints! The sweatshirt is very good quality. Sizing is spot on. I'm tempted to buy it in another colour I like it so much!
