CHMy shirt is currently stuck in customs My shirt is currently stuck in customs. Customer service says speak to the courier. But the courier hasn’t taken any action either. Very disappointing customer service from Anthropologie. Can someone from customer service PLEASE HELP ME. An update. Now they refunded my money instead of fixing the issue and delivering my shirt. Unbelievable!

GBI had a problem and really needed to… I had a problem and really needed to discuss it. Initially I had to use a chatbot,but was soon able to communicate with a very helpful person called Fritz!!

CAAll round excellence! From a website that's easy to use and ordering being straight forward, to the presentation of the product, and the quality of the sweatshirt itself, I have zero complaints! The sweatshirt is very good quality. Sizing is spot on. I'm tempted to buy it in another colour I like it so much!

GBAwful customer service Bought a pajama set when visiting London. First cool wash before using them caused some of the dye to run and stain the garment. No response at all when emailing them. I then decided to call the central number but was told I could only call the specific branch. These calls rang out a number of times. Eventually getting to speak to someone there I was told I could only return the item to a shop - there are none in the South West where I live. I also was informed I only had 14 days to do so. So I now have a ruined, unused set of pajamas. Truly awful company to deal with and with a poor quality product in this case.
