New Casters Appear Used We purchased a set of new casters, but they are very dirty and scuffed. They look like used items, but I suspect they were simply poorly handled prior to shipment. The casters are fully operational. I appreciate your response and willingness to resolve the issue. Fortunately, we are able to use the casters we received.

I placed an order for casters on… I placed an order for casters on 5/2/19. On 5/10 I called to find out when my order would ship. I was told they were waiting for a component to complete the order. I've sent additional emails on 6/25 and 6/29 asking about my order but now I can't get a response. Very disappointed with Faultless Caster.

Fair Price Fair Price, On time delivery, Good Product. Would have given 5 stars but one of the casters was missing the grip ring on the fastening post. Update…the day after seeing my original 4 Star review, I received an email from Jacob at Faultless Caster. He informed me that a replacement was on the way. Super customer service updated my review to 5 stars. I highly recommend this company.

Great selection I bought 16 casters for 4 storage units. They arrived promptly with no issues. The casters I used were basic and sturdy, what I wanted, with 2" wide wheels that worked on carpet. They were less expensive than local woodworking stores and had greater capacity. I also was very impressed with the variety of casters they offer after looking at the easy to use website. This is definitely the place to look for casters. I'd go back with my next wheeled project without any hesitation.

These were the only viable 4" casters… These were the only viable 4" casters with 2" tread width (important for use on grass). High quality build, even come with greasing adapters.
