I found the 3-D model helpful in determining which casters would be best - I was able to open it in blender 2.8, and get the measurements to compare with existing equipment that I planned on retro-fitting without removing them from existing equipment. Good job on Faultless Caster to provide 3-D models of their products for this propose - even though I am certain they were intended to be used for designers. I love using these kinds of resources "off-book".

Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! I placed an order, item was on back order, they called me to let me know about the delay......they called me!!!!!! The representative wanted to make sure this delay wouldn't effect my project deadline. That is awesome!!! Once I received my order, I realized I needed something a little different. Still don't have my order Still don't have my order. I ordered some compression casters almost a month ago and they've been delayed at the factory three times now. I appreciate that Customer Service has been keeping me updated and notified about the delays, but that doesn't help me with getting my order. I've had to turn to another company and am hoping the order shows up at some point.
