GBNot sure what happened Not sure what happened, but it seems like my online order was lost. I called about two weeks after I put in my order and, while the person I spoke with on the phone was very nice, she couldn't find any trace of my order and had to investigate further. She said she was going to call me back, with an update but never did. I did, however, receive an order update shortly thereafter via email stating that my order had been shipped via ups and provided a tracking number. Today is a few days after that and I've attempted to use the provided tracking number, however the UPS site notifies me that it is an invalid tracking number. I'll keep trying, but seems like a lot of hassle for a couple casters.

GBConfusing fulfillment My only complaint was that I called the 800 number on the site to ask questions about the product and talked to somebody at a distributor who was not the distributor who ended up fulfilling the order, so when I called back to track the order, it was a bit of a ordeal to figure out where it was, etc. The person at the original distributor was extremely helpful in tracking down where my order actually was, but it was just a bit confusing. In the end, the product was just what I needed and worked great!

GBNew Casters Appear Used We purchased a set of new casters, but they are very dirty and scuffed. They look like used items, but I suspect they were simply poorly handled prior to shipment. The casters are fully operational. I appreciate your response and willingness to resolve the issue. Fortunately, we are able to use the casters we received.

GBFair Price Fair Price, On time delivery, Good Product. Would have given 5 stars but one of the casters was missing the grip ring on the fastening post. Update…the day after seeing my original 4 Star review, I received an email from Jacob at Faultless Caster. He informed me that a replacement was on the way. Super customer service updated my review to 5 stars. I highly recommend this company.

GBShould have ordered Metric rather than inches, can I RMA, do you have metric equivalent available? Still waiting for a response to the email I sent regarding ordering the incorrect Product. Should have been Metric rather than inches. Hard to tell the difference by looking at the caster. I thought it was inches, I was incorrect, they are metric. Once the replacements failed to advance more than a few threads, I headed to Menard's to verify the threads. Sorry, I probably should have verified them first. Would like to do business if possible. Return the American measurement casters for Metric. Waiting for your response!
