GBNot sure what happened Not sure what happened, but it seems like my online order was lost. I called about two weeks after I put in my order and, while the person I spoke with on the phone was very nice, she couldn't find any trace of my order and had to investigate further. She said she was going to call me back, with an update but never did. I did, however, receive an order update shortly thereafter via email stating that my order had been shipped via ups and provided a tracking number. Today is a few days after that and I've attempted to use the provided tracking number, however the UPS site notifies me that it is an invalid tracking number. I'll keep trying, but seems like a lot of hassle for a couple casters.

GBOrdered on-line from Faultless Ordered on-line from Faultless, had no idea that they are distributed by a local vender. The local vendor is at the mercy of Faultless. So they have no answers for me. We purchased on 1/24/2019 and haven't heard anything from Faultless since then, we are hounding the local distributor for answer. So in turn he hounding Faultless for answers.

GBI ordered 4 of the Shepherd Ball… I ordered 4 of the Shepherd Ball Casters in satin chrome. These were for an antique dresser I refinished. They are beautiful! The finish is deep and lustrous. I was very impressed. They function well too. Very smooth rolling. I only got an order confirmation when I placed the order, but never a shipping confirmation. So I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up only 4 days later. I would recommend Faultless Caster, especially for these particular casters.

GBCustomer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! I placed an order, item was on back order, they called me to let me know about the delay......they called me!!!!!! The representative wanted to make sure this delay wouldn't effect my project deadline. That is awesome!!! Once I received my order, I realized I needed something a little different. I called and they walked me through their products and helped me get what I needed. Everyone was very very helpful. I would give you 10 stars!!!

GBNew Casters Appear Used We purchased a set of new casters, but they are very dirty and scuffed. They look like used items, but I suspect they were simply poorly handled prior to shipment. The casters are fully operational. I appreciate your response and willingness to resolve the issue. Fortunately, we are able to use the casters we received.
