New Casters Appear Used We purchased a set of new casters, but they are very dirty and scuffed. They look like used items, but I suspect they were simply poorly handled prior to shipment. The casters are fully operational. I appreciate your response and willingness to resolve the issue. Fortunately, we are able to use the casters we received.

They called me to authorize a… They called me to authorize a substitution (4 casters with locking devices instead of 2 with and 2 without) so my order could arrive (without additional cost to me) in a more timely manner. Ultimately I received my original order, which was fine. I appreciated that they made the effort to expedite my order.

I ordered 4 of the Shepherd Ball… I ordered 4 of the Shepherd Ball Casters in satin chrome. These were for an antique dresser I refinished. They are beautiful! The finish is deep and lustrous. I was very impressed. They function well too. Very smooth rolling. I only got an order confirmation when I placed the order, but never a shipping confirmation. So I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up only 4 days later. I would recommend Faultless Caster, especially for these particular casters.

Confusing fulfillment My only complaint was that I called the 800 number on the site to ask questions about the product and talked to somebody at a distributor who was not the distributor who ended up fulfilling the order, so when I called back to track the order, it was a bit of a ordeal to figure out where it was, etc. The person at the original distributor was extremely helpful in tracking down where my order actually was, but it was just a bit confusing. In the end, the product was just what I needed and worked great!
