The addition of the glass inserts has stopped the cold air draft from the fireplaces in my home. The price, service and delivery from Fire Pits USA were excellent!

GBThey hunt you down!! They hunt you down!!! I visited their site on a Sunday… didn’t provide any info. They used my IP to backtrace my email and mobile. Then called me to push me to buy… TWICE! CRAZY!! 2 text messages, 2 calls, 3 emails. They are harassers!

We haven't been able to resolve this issue with the company, despite over 100 emails and phone calls to attempt to return these incorrect items. It's been the most frustrating customer service experience we've ever managed.

GBThis company is a joke they lie This company is incredibly disappointing. They falsely claimed to have the parts I needed in stock and proceeded to place an order. However, despite their assurances they did not have them, I never received any emails from them stating they did not but only one with a 50 dollar gift card to order more from them. When I requested proof, they sent screenshots of emails that appeared to be copied and pasted. Dealing with them has been nothing but frustrating, and I have no intention of ever ordering from them again. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money by avoiding this unreliable company."

GBI received my Napoleon Prestige 500 I received my Napoleon Prestige 500 yesterday and it appears all items I ordered are correct. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star rating has to do with the shipment tracking. The last check told me it had been delivered, however it only arrived the next day!
