GBStopped drafts at the right price I ordered two tempered glass inserts for my gas fireplaces, which were previously covered only by a metal mesh insert. The addition of the glass inserts has stopped the cold air draft from the fireplaces in my home. The price, service and delivery from Fire Pits USA were excellent!

GBI received my Napoleon Prestige 500 I received my Napoleon Prestige 500 yesterday and it appears all items I ordered are correct. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star rating has to do with the shipment tracking. The last check told me it had been delivered, however it only arrived the next day!

GBsearched the web for the Napolean wheel… searched the web for the Napolean wheel upgrade...very limited availability, very long lead times when availability existed, and shipping quite expensive! an agent @ Fire Pit reached out by phone to me to follow up.she assured me they had the item in stock and could immediately ship FREE! GREAT personal customer service and follow up.

GBIncorrect products received, ongoingcustomer service confusion We ordered 2 fireplaces and the sales rep ordered the wrong products. We haven't been able to resolve this issue with the company, despite over 100 emails and phone calls to attempt to return these incorrect items. It's been the most frustrating customer service experience we've ever managed.

GBAs Described/ Arrived Quickly I received my fire pit burner as described. I was disappointed with how the item was packaged as there was no bubble wrap or anything around the burner during shipping. It appears it made it though in one piece. Otherwise, good experience.
