GBStopped drafts at the right price I ordered two tempered glass inserts for my gas fireplaces, which were previously covered only by a metal mesh insert. GBProduct is not as long as advertised Product is not as long as advertised. I expected 25ft. I got 2 sections of 10ft each. I reached out to them for a solution. I received an email saying they would get back to me. Haven’t heard anything yet. A bit disappointed in their customer service.

GBI needed to address an issue with the… I needed to address an issue with the wheels on a new Napoleon Rogue grill, I had just acquired, they wouldn’t clear a mat on the way to a storage area for the grill. I contacted Napoleon and they suggested an upgrade and provided a part number. I entered the part number on a search and ‘Fire Pits USA’, came up!!! Their website was easy to navigate, I found the part, the cost was reasonable, they offered free shipping, provided an additional discount, shipped immediately, and the part was OEM!!! Thank you! GBAs Described/ Arrived Quickly I received my fire pit burner as described. I was disappointed with how the item was packaged as there was no bubble wrap or anything around the burner during shipping. It appears it made it though in one piece. Otherwise, good experience.
