Ordered heater parts ,two weeks waiting… Ordered heater parts ,two weeks waiting , no parts. Tried using their immediate chat, still waiting for response. Several emails to the company, no response. Re directed phone calls. Folks, don’t buy from this company. My bank is now going after my money. They were responsive to take that!!

Much better - We are happy campers. Latest: We received the product in a timely manner. We are VERY happy with it so far. It has been installed and works well. As other people have noted, the fan on the heating component is a bit loud, but that is a Dimplex issue, not a Belle Flame issue. We are happy with Belle Flame's service. Update: Belle Flame has issued a refund, and have invited us to re-order to facilitate immediate shipping. Will update this review when we receive the product. We bought an electric fireplace from this company weeks ago. TODAY, they called and claimed they didn't get our money from PayPal. Why did they wait until today to make this claim? So, we contacted PayPal and PayPal confirms this vendor DID get their funds. Very sketchy. We've never had any trouble with PayPal and reputable vendors. This stinks to high heaven. I will post again if this is eventually resolved fairly. We either want our money back or we want our fireplace delivered as promised on time.

This company is a scam!! This company is a scam!!! I ordered and paid for log sent at the end of November, 2023. Lionel keeps telling me he has log set but credit company has to issues a refund and I need to re order. Refund should be in my account within 30 days. Still has not arrived in account. I'm notifying my credit card company and authorities regarding consumer fraud!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Awful customer service Awful customer service. I specifically asked the fellow if this set of logs included everything needed to just attach the propanegas line. Yes maam. It didn’t! And he refused to accept a return until many weeks of back and forth then he was taking a huge restocking fee and I had to pay to return! These are very heavy!

It’s been over 3 months since ordering… It’s been over 3 months since ordering a part for my grill. I’m still waiting… Said they would call me back on what’s taking the production so long. They never called back…
